A beginners yoga class introduces foundational yoga poses, basic breathing techniques, and gentle stretches in a supportive, accessible way. Soul Strong

When you want that workout feeling with added zen
Vinyasa yoga is a dynamic, flowing style that synchronizes breath with movement, creating a continuous, smooth sequence of poses. Often called "flow" yoga, each movement is seamlessly connected to the next, promoting strength, flexibility, and balance while building internal heat. Vinyasa is known for its variety, as no two classes are identical, making it both energizing and adaptable to different levels and intentions.

Soul Flow

Our signature class, focusing on embodiment.

Move beyond the mind and connect deeply with your body. These sessions use movement, breath, and meditation to help you feel more grounded and present. Embodied yoga is a mindful, intuitive approach to yoga that emphasizes a deep connection to the body’s sensations, emotions, and natural movements.

Rather than focusing solely on traditional poses, it encourages self-expression and awareness of how each movement feels internally. This practice blends elements of somatic awareness, mindfulness, and self-exploration, making it both therapeutic and grounding. Embodied yoga can be particularly transformative, as it invites practitioners to experience their bodies with curiosity and compassion.

Soul Chill

Gentle and calming poses, a slow flow, great for relaxation and recovery from a stressful day.
Ideal for those who really need some quiet time to chill and relax, to settle the nervous system and just be. We also offer a longer meditation, or guided meditation like yoga Nidra in these classes. Yin yoga is a slow, meditative style of yoga that targets the body’s connective tissues—ligaments, fascia, and joints—by holding poses for extended periods, typically from 2 to 5 minutes or longer. Unlike more dynamic yoga styles, Yin focuses on gentle, passive stretches, often practiced on the floor, to release tension and increase circulation in deeper tissues. It emphasizes relaxation, mindfulness, and stillness, offering a balancing complement to more intense practices by cultivating a sense of calm and introspection.

Soul Quiet

A class offering meditation or yoga Nidra accompanied by a soothing soundscape.
A Yoga Nidra class guides participants into a state of deep relaxation and conscious rest, often referred to as "yogic sleep." Through a guided meditation, practitioners lie comfortably while they are led through breathwork, body awareness, and visualization techniques. This practice allows the body and mind to rest deeply, helping to release stress and restore balance while remaining in a state of relaxed awareness. Yoga Nidra is highly restorative, promoting calmness, mental clarity, and a sense of profound relaxation.
