A 90-minute journey through the full spectrum of yoga — a complete practice for body, mind, and energy. We begin by awakening the body with yang-inspired flow: dynamic, grounding movement that builds strength, heat, and presence. As the energy settles, we transition into yin-inspired stillness: longer-held postures that invite release, reflection, and deep inner awareness.
Breathwork and meditation are woven throughout, guiding you to integrate movement and stillness into one harmonious state. Soul Integral is an invitation to come home to yourself — balanced, open, and whole.
