In our day-to-day lives, emotions, stress, and experiences often become held within the body. Over time this can manifest as anxiety, tension, exhaustion, or a sense of feeling disconnected from ourselves.
A 1:1 breathwork journey offers a safe, supported space to explore what is ready to move, release, and transform.
Working together one-to-one allows the session to be tailored entirely to you — your nervous system, your intentions, and the pace that feels right for your body.
At Soul Space, I offer two styles of breathwork journeys that can be chosen depending on what you feel drawn to.
Somatic Release Breathwork is a powerful therapeutic breathing technique that activates the body’s innate healing intelligence.
Through intentional breathing patterns, we create the conditions for the body to gently release stored stress, emotional tension, and unresolved experiences held within the nervous system.
This process supports:
- Releasing stress, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm
Greater emotional balance and nervous system regulation
Healing of past wounds and trauma held in the body
Shifting limiting beliefs and ingrained behavioural patterns
Deeper self-awareness and personal insight

Somatic breathwork allows the body to process what the mind alone cannot always reach — creating space for new ways of being and relating to yourself and the world.

Shamanic Breathwork Journeys combine conscious breathing with music, rhythm, and sacred space to guide you into deeper states of awareness.
Each session begins by opening sacred space — creating a safe, grounded container for your journey.
As the breath deepens, music becomes the guide. Carefully curated soundscapes support the emotional and energetic flow of the experience, allowing you to move beyond the thinking mind and into a more intuitive, embodied state.
During the session I may incorporate:
Grounding and intention setting
Guided visualisation
- Shamanic instruments such as drum, rattle, or chimes
Vocal toning or intuitive voice guidance
Energetic support and gentle facilitation
This process can bring forward powerful insights, emotional release, or symbolic inner journeys.
Some people experience deep healing, others receive clarity around life situations, while some simply enter a state of profound relaxation and connection.
Every journey is unique and unfolds exactly as your system needs.
