Ecstatic dance is a freeform, meditative movement practice that encourages you to connect with your body, emotions, and the music in a safe, non-judgmental space. It’s an opportunity to release stress, express yourself authentically, and embrace the joy of being fully present in the moment.
You’ll be gently guided into the experience with grounding practices to settle your mind and body. From there, we’ll move into an energising and liberating dance session where you can let go of inhibitions and allow the rhythm to guide you in your own unique way.
We’ll conclude the event with a soothing guided meditation and a deeply restorative sound bath, leaving you feeling centered, calm, and uplifted.
No dance experience is needed—just come as you are and let the music and energy guide you.
What to bring: a water bottle. Wear layered clothing to adjust your temperature. An open mind.
