Traditional Healing System from India that dates back 5,000 years. Full and complete system of medicine that focuses on prevention of disease and maintenance of health.

The basics of Ayurveda is focused on living in harmony and balance with the rhythms of Nature, eating with the changing seasons, sleeping with the sun – moon cycle, and timing meals with your circadian rhythm. It’s the way to Self – discovery, Self – acceptance and Self – awareness, which can bring you true happiness in life.
