Through one-to-one coaching and therapeutic body-based practices, we create space to explore what may be holding you back and gently support the process of release, insight, and transformation.
Each session is tailored to you. Rather than applying a single method, we work intuitively with the approach that best supports your current stage of healing and growth.

Modalities We Work With
A deeply restorative therapeutic treatment working with the belly, pelvis, and womb space.
This two-hour session combines abdominal massage, energy work, and somatic awareness to support physical, emotional, and energetic healing.
It can help release stored tension and trauma within the body, support fertility and menstrual health, and reconnect you with the wisdom of your womb and feminine centre.
Breathwork Journeys
Breathwork is a powerful somatic practice that activates the body’s natural ability to release stress, emotions, and stored experiences held within the nervous system.
Through guided breathing techniques, music, and a carefully held space, these sessions allow you to move beyond the thinking mind and access deeper layers of awareness and healing.
Breathwork can support emotional release, clarity, nervous system regulation, and profound personal insight.
Embodied Processing
Embodied Processing is a trauma-informed approach that works with the body and nervous system to release deeply held patterns of stress and protection.
By combining somatic awareness, gentle inquiry, and nervous system regulation, this work helps bring unconscious patterns into awareness so they can be processed and integrated safely.
It can support people experiencing anxiety, overwhelm, trauma, people-pleasing patterns, relationship challenges, and emotional blocks.
Holistic Life Coaching supports you in creating meaningful change in your life by working with your mindset, beliefs, emotions, and behaviours.
These sessions combine reflective inquiry, embodiment practices, and practical tools to help you gain clarity, shift limiting patterns, and move towards the life you truly want to live.
This approach recognises that personal growth happens not only through thinking differently, but through feeling, integrating, and embodying new ways of being.
