Breath of the Soul
A deeply immersive breathwork experience designed to help you reconnect with yourself through the power of conscious connected breathing, music, meditation, and sound.
From the moment you place on your wireless headphones, the outside world begins to fade. Guided by my voice and a carefully curated musical journey, you’ll be invited inward, creating a deeply personal experience without distraction.
As your breath deepens, you may begin to release tension, emotions, limiting beliefs, or simply experience a profound sense of peace and clarity. Every journey is unique. There is nothing to achieve and nothing to force. Your breath will meet you exactly where you are.
Throughout the ceremony, I’ll be holding space with intuitive guidance, shamanic drum, gentle energy work (where appropriate), and time for deep integration, allowing your nervous system to settle and absorb the experience.
Many people leave feeling lighter, calmer, more connected to themselves, and with a renewed sense of purpose and inner knowing.
No previous breathwork experience is necessary. Simply come with an open mind and a willingness to explore.

Breath of the Soul is for anyone who feels called to reconnect with themselves, release what no longer serves them, find greater clarity, or simply experience the profound intelligence of the breath.
Whether you’re completely new to breathwork or have practised before, you’ll be lovingly guided every step of the way.
What to bring
We provide a yoga mat for you, but comfort is really important during this experience, so you’re very welcome to bring anything that will help you feel fully supported.
We recommend bringing:
- A blanket
- A pillow or cushion
- An eye mask (optional)
- Warm, comfortable clothing
- Water
You may also wish to bring an additional yoga mat, duvet, mattress topper or extra padding to place beneath you if you prefer a softer surface. You’ll be lying down for much of the journey, so creating a cosy, supportive nest can make all the difference.

This experience is not suitable for those who are pregnant, have uncontrolled high blood pressure, serious cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy, severe respiratory conditions, recent surgery, or certain mental health conditions.
